Domine Adams, LLP wins an important trial on behalf of one of its client Homeowner Associations, in the area of rental restrictions. The Association's rental restriction was challenged by a unit owner who believed that the rental restriction was unreasonable and contrary to the owner's right to free alienation.
After a 5 day trial, the Judge ruled in favor of the Association by deciding that the rental restriction was reasonable and enforceable. This case is expected to impact Homeowner Associations throughout the State and the Nation.
